Ryan B. Finck hails from Buffalo, New York where he earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Anthropology from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mr. Finck proudly followed in both his father and grandfather’s footsteps when he earned his law degree, Cum Laude, from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in January of 1998.  Mr. Finck is licensed to practice law in both the states of New York and Florida. 

 

                                                            Mr. Finck has practiced primarily in Hernando, Pasco, and Pinellas counties since early 1999. Since that time he has routinely assisted his clients in matters involving Estate Planning, such as Wills and Trusts; Probate; Real Estate (from Contracts to In-House Closings and Title Insurance); Leases; Foreclosures; and Evictions. Mr. Finck has also advised and supervised the Hernando County Board of Realtors regarding their ethics and grievance hearings. 

 

Cristine A. Finck graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995. She then went on to obtain her law degree from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors in 1998. Mrs. Finck has helped individuals who need Bankruptcy assistance since being licensed and continues to focus her practice in this area. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in October of 1998 and the Middle District of Florida Federal Bankruptcy Court in February of 1999, Mrs. Finck has handled hundreds of Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy cases filed in the Middle District of Florida. She derives great satisfaction in working with clients to get them back on financial track.
